Created in Vietnam in 2018 by François Senneville, Canadian Lawyer (registered with the Bar of Quebec since 2006) specializing in Canadian immigration since 2013, Immibec Ltd. is a Canadian managed immigration law firm focusing on offering various immigration paths to Canada for investors but also for skilled workers and students. Mr. Senneville has assisted hundreds of clients successfully. After living and working for many years in Asia, Mr. Senneville has identified Vietnam as a strong potential provider of immigrants to Canada.
Our services include solutions to gain permanent resident status through various immigration programs e.g., Entrepreneur programs, Federal and provincial programs aiming at filling future labor shortages, self-employed programs, employment offers, (temporary or permanent) and study programs. In all cases, if you were advised by an unlicensed consultant, they will not be able to respond to the Canadian immigration officials during the process neither sign forms nor represent you. Moreover, if the Canadian officials find out you were assisted by an unlicensed consultant, you may be barred from applying to any Canadian immigration programs for 2 to 5 years and your application will be automatically refused.

François Senneville a complété un baccalauréat en droit à l'Université de Sherbrooke en 2004 et a passé les examens du Barreau du Québec en 2005. Après avoir suivi un stage de procureur pour la ville de Montréal en droit pénal en 2006, François a exercé la profession d'avocat en défense pendant quelques années y compris en instance d’appel. François a eu la chance de travailler avec des avocats renommés ayant plaidé en Cour suprême. Au cours des années suivantes, François étendit sa pratique au droit de la famille, au droit civil et au droit administratif avec succès et plaida devant les tribunaux canadiens dans des centaines d'affaires tel que publié sur les sites Web consacrés à la jurisprudence canadienne.
En 2013, François a été recruté par un cabinet d'avocats canadien en immigration situé à Montréal pour participer aux appels en matière de droit administratif en matière d'immigration. Enfin, il a été envoyé en Turquie pour aider les investisseurs du programme québécois avec leur documentation et lors de leurs entrevues avec des officiers d’immigration québécois.
Il s'est ensuite rendu en Chine et en Thaïlande pour aider principalement les investisseurs intéressés à immigrer au Canada, mais également les travailleurs qualifiés et d'autres catégories d’immigrants. François a aidé des centaines d'investisseurs et travailleurs qualifiés à immigrer au Canada. En 2018, François a créé, avec Leila Nguyen, son propre cabinet d'avocats au Vietnam afin d'assurer l'efficacité et la transparence du cabinet. Chez Immibec, il est responsable de tous les aspects juridiques et représente tous les clients. François est un passionné de voyages et aime découvrir d'autres cultures ayant grandi en partie avec des immigrants au Québec. Me Senneville parle couramment le français et l'anglais et peut converser en espagnol, turc, thaï et vietnamien.
LEILA NGUYEN
GENERAL DIRECTOR
En tant que directrice générale d'Immibec au Vietnam et co-fondatrice du cabinet, Mme Nguyen (Leila) accompagne l'avocat dans ses relations avec les clients depuis les premiers jours de la création de l'entreprise.
Avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de ventes et en marketing dans le domaine de l’assurance, comprenant les besoins d'immigration des clients ainsi que la rareté des sociétés d'immigration canadienne (avec un avocat canadien) accessible dans la région, elle et Me Senneville visent à faire d'Immibec un cabinet de services juridiques de confiance focusant sur l’immigration au Canada pour que les clients puissent réaliser leurs projets d'immigration pour eux-mêmes et leur famille proche. Leila parle couramment le vietnamien et l’anglais et peut converser en français.
