Created in Vietnam in 2018 by François Senneville, Canadian Lawyer (registered with the Bar of Quebec since 2006) specializing in Canadian immigration since 2013, Immibec Ltd. is a Canadian managed immigration law firm focusing on offering various immigration paths to Canada for investors but also for skilled workers and students. Mr. Senneville has assisted hundreds of clients successfully. After living and working for many years in Asia, Mr. Senneville has identified Vietnam as a strong potential provider of immigrants to Canada.
Our services include solutions to gain permanent resident status through various immigration programs e.g., Entrepreneur programs, Federal and provincial programs aiming at filling future labor shortages, self-employed programs, employment offers, (temporary or permanent) and study programs. In all cases, if you were advised by an unlicensed consultant, they will not be able to respond to the Canadian immigration officials during the process neither sign forms nor represent you. Moreover, if the Canadian officials find out you were assisted by an unlicensed consultant, you may be barred from applying to any Canadian immigration programs for 2 to 5 years and your application will be automatically refused.

Francois Senneville completed a Bachelor of laws at the University of Sherbrooke in 2004 and passed the exams of the Bar of Quebec in 2005. After completing a mandatory training as a public prosecutor in Montreal in 2006, Francois went on to practice in criminal and statutory law for a few years in defense at various levels including in appeal. Francois had the chance to work with prominent lawyers. In the following years, Francois extended its practice to family law, civil law, and administrative law with success and has pleaded hundreds of cases in the Canadian courts as shown on Canadian jurisprudence websites.
In 2013, Francois was recruited by a Canadian Immigration law firm located in Montreal to assist with administrative law appeals in immigration. Finally, he was sent to Turkey to assist investors for the Quebec investor’s program with their documentation and during their interview with Quebec officials. He then went to China and Thailand the following years to assist mostly investors willing to immigrate to Canada but also skilled workers and other categories.
It is in 2017 that Francois came to Vietnam, hired by an Asian service provider, to pursue the same duties. Francois has assisted hundreds of investors and skilled workers with success in settling in Canada. In 2018, Francois created a legal firm in Vietnam with Leila Nguyen to ensure efficiency and transparency. He is the one in charge of all the legal aspects; he represents all the clients and reviews all the cases at Immibec. Francois is passionate about traveling and discovering other cultures as he has been exposed to many cultures at a young age in Quebec. As a matter of fact, he is fluent in French and English, and can converse in Spanish, Turkish, Thai and Vietnamese.
